Internally there is the usual toning to the closed text block, also with light foxing to the page block and to the prelims. Free of any previous owner names or inscriptions. The book has been boldly signed by the author to the title page. Anthony Burgess has also added his name in Russian directly below his signature. The dust wrapper is in very good or better condition with shallow chipping to the spine tip, also with minuscule loss to the top corners of the front and rear flap folds. There is no further loss or tears. There is a small spot to the rear panel, also with light fading to the spine, but much less than what is normally encountered.
