Brown cloth covered boards with gilt titling to cover. Half title: Clenents' Customs Guide for 1835 & 1836. Some staining to boards, with 37 mm circular pressure mark to rear board. Wear to spine ends and bumping to corners and extremities of boards. Closed 16 mm split along front joint. Toning and light foxing scattered throughout. Previous owner's name and place of employment in ink on verso of half title, with name repeated in ink at head of title page. Stamp from 'Real Praca do Commercio de Lisboa' at head of 'Patrons and Subscribers' list. Interior otherwise clean and unmarked. Binding firm. Hard Cover. Very Good.
