Dafydd ap Gwilym, was born in Aberystwyth c 1320-40 and died c 1370-80 and buried, according to tradition, in the graveyard of Strata Florida Monastery, Aberystwyth. Heseltine was a Welsh writer, of travel books, short stories, plays, and poetry and the son of Philip Heseltine, the composer better known as Peter Warlock. See NLW WBO.
