The problem of un-skilled workers needs to be solved through pragmatic education system, which creates workers who are equipped with pragmatic skills. The content of the book is designed to create awareness to the people and help to advance people's skills by changing the irrelevant theoretical mindset of education as we need both, relevant theoretical and practical education as a solution to the problem of un-skilled personnel's in Africa.
