Two-line ink ownership inscription "Albert E Casey | November 1963" on front free endpaper; a few leaves with shallow creases at their fore-edge corners; interior leaves remain clean. Binding is firm. This book was acquired from the estate of Birmingham, Alabama pathologist, bibliophile, and genealogist Dr. Albert Eugene Casey (1903-1982) who served as director of laboratories at Birmingham Baptist Hospitals from 1942-1972.
