Condition very good, corners bumped, spine slightly faded, few spots to end-papers, a little very light foxing to some margins, childrens' book-shop and library ex-libris label to front paste-down else contents are clean. Popular fairy tales retold by Louey Chisholm. With 30 lovely full-page colour plates by Katharine Cameron. The plates are all in lovely condition having been printed onto glossy paper. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.

Boards are generally in good order, just a little shelfwear. Some bumping to corners. Spine has bumping to ends and a dark mark as if a label has been removed. The page edges are rough cut. Golden endpages have small stains where the cloth has ghosted. Signed by the illustrator to the reverse of the frontispiece. Colour frontispiece, one of thirty illustrations by Katharine Cameron. Textblock is well held, but has a few grubby marks associated with use. Ribbon page marker has unravelled; it is still attached but not really functional. 211 pp. Additional photos are available upon request.
