United States Office of Civilian Defense, Washington DC, March 1943, OCD Publication 2016 10"x 8", 16pp. Includes cross section diagrams for various types of incendiary bombs, all half-page except for three full page images: solid oil incendiary (Japanese); incendiary and HE (Japanese: thermite (Japanese); 1Kg incendiary anti-personnel (Japanese) and full page; magnesium incendiary (German); incendiary and HE (German); incendiary bomb containers (German) full page; phosphorous incendiary (German) full page; incendiary and HE (German). [++] Quite detailed and thorough for a 16-page giveaway by the US government at the beginning of the war. The odd thing too is that for a government publication there are only SIX (!) copies located in WorldCat (Duke, NYPL, UCLA, Stanford, Uwa).[++] Condition here is problematicthere are several tears and chips, and the paper is brittleit is at best a FAIR copy.
