The book was first to be published in a limitation of 750 copies but with swift sales from subscribers, they decided to do the limitation to 1000 copies. The format was also changed from octavo to royal octavo and a leather backed binding substituted for the buckram originally intended. [58]pp plus (1)pp colophon. The present copy is #404, bound in 1/4 green morocco over green and white paper covered boards, , spine lettering gilt, spine evenly changed to brown, just a bit of toning to edges, light wear to spine ends. A very good copy with subscriber's notice laid in.
