Provenance: Louis Grégoire des Champs Destournelles (1744-1795), Jacobin politician, Minister of Finance during the French Revolution, imprisoned during the Reign of Terror. William O?Brien (1832-1899) was an Irish judge and avid bibliophile. He bequeathed his collection to the Jesuit College of Milltown Park in Dublin in 1899; it was dispersed in 2017.
