Armoiries, vraissemblablement bretonnes, non identifiées (palé au chef de 4 pièces d'hermine) aux deux plats mais une forte épidermure au premier plat a pratiquement supprimé la totalité de l'armoirie, elle est par contre bien visible au deuxième plat, fleurons fleurs de lys aux angles, coins un peu émoussés. Obra importante por la difusión de la traducción al francés de términos latinos con las novedades científicas y médicas a lo largo del siglo diecisiete y dieciocho. Es un manual usado por la Compañía de Jesús, según se indica en la portada. La edición primera es de Lyon 1667.
