Hardcover. Etat : Good. No Jacket. Wear to covers and spine, mainly edges and corners, corners bumped and worn, top and bottom of spine bumped and worn, surface of covers patchy and faded, water damage to top 6cm of both covers and spine, internally in good condition, pages crisp and clear, water mark on top edge of the first 30 pages and last few, stain on bottom left corner of first 30 pages + xxxi index pages and upto 295 but gradually getting smaller all the way through, both large maps present, 1st map of Devon, opposite title page is in good condition but has a 10 cm rip above the hinge onto to the map and a 4 cm rip below, also stained on bottom left corner, 2nd map of Cornwall has a large 16 cm rip below the hinge onto the map, front and rear hinges cracked with webbing showing.
