Good plus condition: small chip to top right corner of the front wrap plus a very small knick at the top edge; light stain bottom right corner of front wrap extending to the first leaf, staining on edges of back cover and the back cover also has a tiny corner chip; front cover separating from the spine along top inch; the interior is generally quite nice, with no owner names. Scarce, particularly with the maps.
