Some little splits at spine ends and some wear to corners but remaining clean, square and robust. Text block firm, webbing revealed between the black end papers. Pencilled inscription to the half title page dated 1897. Pages smooth and clean and generally clear of foxing, illustrated in black and white throughout. A good tidy copy.
