The exterior has some staining and the spine is faded (though quite readable) and worn at the top. This history/biography is written anonymously and includes many period photographs as well as informative text. Harry Buckland is the Master of Foxhounds much admired by Siegfried Sassoon and not only rode to hounds but was a renowned steeplechase rider and won the Olympic gold medal for show jumping.
