As a lagniappe laid-in at rear endpapers are eleven Kalmbach locomotive and car plan folding plates having copyright dates for 1947 and 1948 and all within a Kalmbach mailing envelope postmarked November 1948 (so perhaps sold separately as an update or supplement).
