Brown cloth binding, blind-stamped, gilt lettering to front board and spine. A little marking and scuffing to binding but reasonably clean and colouring still vivid, though a little discolouration to spine and in parts of boards. Signs of wear, rubbing at edges and on hinges. Bumped corners. Slackness to binding, cracking to front inner hinge but textblock reasonably firm. Page edges browned, scuffed, marked. Slight tanning. Light marking to endpapers, inscriptions to title page and preface page. A few dog-eared page corners, a little light foxing to some pages.
