General fading to boards over the past 120 years, but still attractive and compelling "hint" of the practical treasures of knowledge which await within! Bookseller's ticket to top corner of plum colored pastedown endpaper ("Budelman News Co. Periodicals Books & Stationery. 329 Morrison St. Portland, Ore."). Previous owner's name and city (Portland, OR), stamped to three or four preliminary pages and at several more times within text block. Many many illustrations, diagrams, formulas, and very clear and practical instructions. A beautiful old self-teaching "course", to use now, or when everything else breaks down and goes up in smoke.
