16mo, 77 x 47 mms., pp. [3] - 328, contemporary sheepskin, bound wallet-style, with flap folding over outer margins with and flat holder; front hinge tender at inner margin of title-page, but a good copy with what looks like "J Briggs, 1823" on the verso of the front free end-paper. Hunter Blair published this edition of the Psalms in 1823 in various formats, including one at 16 cm. with J. Bruce, a 12mo, with J. Bruce, but I could not find one this size in OCLC. One listing in OCLC gives Alexander Duff (1806 - 1878) as the author, who would thus have been 17 when this version was published!
