Etat : Near Fine. Etat de la jaquette : Very Good. 1st Edition. 8vo. A lovely 1st Limited Edition copy of this scarce Poetry work by the Chesapeake Thoreau, with a page from his typed manuscript tipped in, and signed by the author and the illustrator. Clean interior. Dust jacket with mild edge wear. Presents handsomely in archival mylar. Here are the people, the wildlife and the everyday trials and tribulations of a time long gone on Maryland's Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay, captured in verse by the region's answer to Thoreau.
