Das Werk in englischer Sprache beschreibt und diskutiert anhand eines Tiermodells, wie man menschliche KMSZ isolieren, kultivieren, markieren und transplantieren kann und dass sie längere Zeit in artfremdem Gewebe (in Ratten) überleben kà nnen.
