Company was following all the recommended laws and policies related to SHE that include OSHA, ISO and NEQS etc. In different lab analysis it was observed that all environmental parameters including pH, TSS, TDS, BOD, and COD etc were under NEQS limit except ammonia concentration in plant effluent, that some time exceeded the recommended limit. Physical parameters were also determined by direct reading instruments, provided by the Department of Environment and Industrial Hygiene at plant. High noise level was the basis problem that was identified at different plant areas.
