In the interviews and surveys it came to know that company had key focus on the safety and health of their employees as safe and healthy environment leads to greater efficiency of both the employees and the company. For every aspect of safety including chemical safety, electrical safety, Laboratory safety and physical safety etc., company was providing their employees a complete policy for their safety. During study OSHA-USA and NEQS standards were followed. It was noticed that noise, temperature, relative humidity and illumination levels do not follow the standards in some plant in wet starch section.
