Gilt top edge; toning to fore-edge and bottom edge with some foxing to former as well; light foxing to interior pages with a few small stains; ownership inscription in pencil on front free endpaper. Binding is firm. A very good- copy. Uncommon book of poetry by American engineer Charles Buxton Going who was a primary figure in establishing the profession of industrial engineering and served as a special lecturer in the subject at Columbia, Harvard, New York University, and the University of Chicago.
