Gora al margine inferiore presente da pagina 265 e piu' intensa agli ultimi fogli ed in particolare alle due carte di sguardia bianche finali. Legatura in piena pergamena coeva con piatto anteriore leggermente imbarcato. Edizione originale di questo trattato sulle malattie degli occhi e sull'operazione della cataratta. Guerin (1740-1827), chirurgo all'Hotel Dieu di Lione, propose in quest'opera una modifica dell'operazione di estrazione della cataratta con uno strumento da lui stesso ideato, raffigurato nella bella tavola incisa.
