Hardcover. Etat : Good. 4591061701 Good++: The outer box shows some wear, has some bends, and has a few small rips that have been repaired with tape. The fold-out play set is still in wonderful shape, as are the pieces. The electronic device that plays sounds is in perfect working order, but the batteries are likely low and can easily be replaced. Overall, this is still a nice copy of the play set for use. Ships, well packaged and very quickly, from MI.
