Both volumes retain their illustrated covers and yellow-coloured page edges. **Condition: Good.** The covers show general handling wear, including rubbing to the edges and extremities, minor corner wear and age-related discolouration. The rear wrapper of *Kioga of the Unknown Land* shows more noticeable discolouration towards the outer edges. The interiors show age-related toning. Both volumes have conspicuous rectangular areas of discolouration and adhesive residue on the inside wrappers and facing preliminary leaves, consistent with the previous attachment and removal of material. The nature of the previously attached material is not confirmed. The bindings are solid and pagination is complete, as confirmed by the seller.
