Tall 8vo. 62pp. Paper-covered boards, lettered in black at the spine and with a handsome decorative illustration pasted to the upper board. With a black and white title page decoration and eight magnificent colour plates, one of which is somewhat tender. A touch of wear to the backstrip ends. The pastedowns, free endpapers and several preliminary leaves lightly spotted, and the whole slightly bowed. A nice bright copy of a handsome and quite scarce production. A retelling of the following six classic fairy stories: The Wild Swans, The Toy Princess, Rapunzel, The Swineherd, Rumpelstiltskin and The Magic Candles.

Contains 62 pp with 8 splendid full-page colour plates throughout. Prize plate date 1911 to the front free end paper, off-setting to the end papers and in Very Good sound condition.
