Undated, but from various clues within the text I reckon it to be 1870 to 1872 (+ or - 1 year). Some looseness at hinges with both boards being held by the strings but content still well held together. Some fox…ing/staining but no deliberate marks. Very small (less than 1 inch) light moisture stain in top corner of last few pages in margin only. Contains hundreds of illustrations including over 200 full page double sided plates. Most plates have no foxing or minimal foxing but a few have more (please see sample pics attached). 13 x 10 inch. Weighs 2.7kg. additional P&P may be requested.

Generally very clean inside, but some light f…oxing, a previous owner name on the endpaper, and a light moisture stain (in faint outline) to the lower edge and margin of the last pages of Volume IV. A journal of decorative arts, illustrating a whole range of decorative arts, including metalwork, ceramics, furniture, stone carving and textiles. Beautifully printed with highly detailed engravings on almost every page. Many full-page plates. 13" high X 10" wide, 192 & 192 pages.
