Excellent reading copy: spine is straight and tight, all corners sharp, no markings, creases, or tears. Gilt lettering is slightly faded on spine, imprint of previous price sticker has left a stain on half title page. First three pages have roughened edges along bottom 2-3 inchces of page edges, as if torn rather than cleanly cut during production. Everything else pristine. Not ex lib, no remainder marks. Notes, bibliography, index. 502 pages.
