Lyttelton Pride was commissioned to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the forming of Lyttelton Engineering and records the history of the company and it's forerunners dating back to the 1850's. The book was written by Colin Amodeo, a widely published Canterbury historian and launched by Bob Parker, Mayor of Banks Peninsular at a ceremony held at the Christchurch Gondola on 11 May 2004.
