As co-founder of Inner Harmony Haven alongside her husband, Simon, she brings together professional expertise and lived experience to support families with warmth and insight.A mother of two neurodivergent adults, Kim has walked the complex path of diagnoses, education systems, and specialist appointments. During this journey she often felt helpless, wishing for practical tools to use at home in the moments her children needed her most. These experiences inspired her to create children's books that not only support emotional regulation, but also help young readers identify challenges, understand their traits, and feel grounded, acknowledged, and understood.Through Inner Harmony Haven, Kim is committed to empowering neurodivergent families-both parents and children. She teaches mindfulness, self-acceptance, and emotional regulation, blending creative arts therapy with practical strategies.
