Benison O’Reilly is a pharmacist, a medical writer, and a mother of three. She is the co-author of Beyond The Baby Blues: The Complete Perinatal Anxiety and Depression Handbook.

Seana Smith is the author of Sydney for Under Fives and the co-author of The Australian Autism Handbook, Beyond the Baby Blues and The Superfoods Index. She studied Latin, Greek and Old and Mediaeval English at Wadham College, University of Oxford before coming to Australia and becoming a best-selling author and well-followed blogger on family and health issues.   • Seana Smith was born and brought up in Scotland, in a village just outside Edinburgh. 
  • After studying Classics and Old and Medieval English at Wadham College, University of Oxford (alongside Boris Johnson) she worked as a TV producer for the BBC in London and Glasgow and at Channel Nine in Sydney. 
  • She published her first book Sydney For Under Fives in 2001 and went on to co-author the bestselling The Australian Autism Handbook in 2008, now in its fourth edition.
  • She is a professional writer, self-described unprofessional mother of four, and is a sobriety ambassador through her own Sober Journeys community.
