Y. Image of Lincoln in center, surrounded by others of his Cabinet Officers & Generals. 3-7/8" x 2-7/16" While by today, we find Ames has faded somewhat into obscurity with little found to provide additional context for his oeuvre, we do note the original Ames artwork for this item sold at the 1981 Charles Hamilton auction. Uncommon piece of Lincolniana, with a sole instutional copy found, at AAS [Catalog Record #547596]. Age-toning, modest wear & soiling. Very Good. Now housed in an archival mylar sleeve.
