Edición artesanal cosida a mano, con hilo del mismo color que la segunda tinta. // Segunda edición // Alejandro Mac-Kinlay (Buenos Aires, 1879-Roma, 1938), hijo de un escocés y una francesa, recaló en Málaga a fines del siglo XIX, donde se casó, aunque, como dice Rafael Inglada, «pertenecía a todos y a ningún sitio»: Argentina, Francia, Inglaterra, España, Italia. Aristócrata, millonario y raro de la literatura, escribió obras teatrales y algunos libros de poemas, entre los que destaca "Hai-kais" (Ediciones de la Brújula, París, 1936), el único libro de pre-guerra dedicado exclusivamente al hai-kai, aunque una hai-kai de 4 versos y rima consonante. Trató a Rafael Lasso de la Vega y a González-Ruano, que lo incluyó en su antología (donde lo da como nacido en Málaga) y habló de él en sus memorias, al igual que Cansinos-Assens //.
