Original paper covers completely lacking, remnant of spine paper remains with quires exposed, thin string of saddle-sewn binding exposed as well. Two stained and soiled blank front flyleaves present with original pencil ownership inscription; shallow loss at edges of first fly with substantial paper loss to second fly. Title page with large loss at top right corner, smaller loss to second leaf of text which is list of fraternity chapters; other succeeding leaves through page 30 have creased corners. Last two leaves (pages 193-195) have large loss at top corners.
