This is a 1916 reprint of the 1913 edition. Red cloth boards with gold lettering on the front and spine. 470 pages and measuring 8 x 11 inches in size. Contains short description and prices for a large number of supplies and apparatus, including balances, centrifuges, flasks, pyrometers, etc. Interesting for the large catalog of items and ease of organization. Thoroughly illustrated in black & white. There is overall discoloration of the boards and darkening around the edges. There is wear at the crown and foot of the spine and edge wear most affecting the corners of the boards, where the fabric has frayed and the corners of the boards are visible. The free end paper has some smudging and a small closed tear. The binding is strong with no loose or missing pages. Page 155 appears untrimmed and has a tear measuring .75". Page 155 has a folded corner. Some pages may appear lightly smudged in the lower corner. The back free end paper has a small closed tear, and the preceding page is folded back 1.5" from the edge. This catalog comes from a collection of several thousand trade manuals.
