Fillmore was a nursery man who lived in Centreville, Nova Scotia, Head Gardener at Grand Pre National Park, and at one time an agronomist on a large state farm at Kemerovo, Central Siberia. The 1992 biography written by his grandson Nick Fillmore " Maritime Radical." details his life and political career. Winifred Fox, Harold Bailey (illustrateur). Signed by Author(s).

      Second booklet of short stories of an occult theme, published in Burne Street, Marylebone, about 1946. 36 pages including wrappers, printed in blue throughout. The first issue was published possibly as early as 1941 and is titled simply "Occult". Pictorial paper wrappers, upper wrapper stained. Stapled spine unrubbed and firmly holding. A rare survivor especially in this excellent condition. Unsold copies of the second issue were rebound as part of "Four in One Weird and Occult Shorts". Scarce.
