Rebound in contemporary quarter red leather with marbled boards and decorative marbled end papers, with the original paper wraps and spine bound in. Boards have light scratches. Front board has a small bend in the lower corner. Rear hinge is cracked. Front cover has open stresses at spine hinge. Corners are rounded and worn. Board edges show slight loss of marbled paper. Spine has gilt lettering and fleur de lis design, with five raised bands. Slight wear to spine ends, with a 1" tear to the bottom of the spine. Text block has deckled edges.with light tanning. There is a 1" square of the lower front cover that is missing the marbling paper due to a sticker being removed. Spine has gold lettering and five bands. Spine is well rubbed/sunned. Text block has deckled edges that are lightly tanned. The pages have not been separated on the top edge.
