The book offered here is one of the "Vintage Reading" series, published in 1993. It is a compilation of several titles, the main ones (listed on the cover) are as follows : "True Accounts of Gold Mining at Bodie Bluff, California" ; "The Alkali Waters of Mono Lake - the Dead Sea of the West in the Sierra Nevada".
