Contents fair with some soiling/creasing. Charming colour and B&W illustrations throughout. Cover design by Harold Ernshaw shows a boy riding a motorcycle with a girl in the sidecar. A collection of stories and poems for children by the likes of Harold Avery, S B Owsley, Hawley Morgan, Ethel Talbot, J B Selkirk, M Wynne, Alice Sophia Jackson and Christine Chaundler. Illustrators include George E Studdy, Hawley Morgan, Lawson Wood, Arch Webb, Harold C Earnshaw and Peter Fraser. One of the illustrations by Studdy looks very much like his most famous creation, Bonzo. Scarce.

Authors include Harold Avery, Talbot, Marchant and R.H. Goodyear. Spine rubbed, affecting image, corners rubbed and very slightly bumped, no inscriptions, slight fingermarks to some margins.
