Deluxe half leather binding with raised spine bands and gilt stamped letteri…ng. Covers are a little rubbed along edges and spine bands., as is the surface of the marbled paper over the boards. This volume was issued with the leaves un-cut and several remain so. Two leaves (pages 59-62) were roughly opened leaving tears along edges.

Lovely example of this very scarce title in original green cloth c…overs with gilt lettering on spine and top cover. Volume shows a little spine lean and lightly bumped corners. There are some very light scuffs seen on the cloth. Lettering remains bright and clear. Otherwise a tight and very clean copy. Contents cover stops in Kansas City, Topeka, Hutchison, Colorado Springs (Garden of the Gods, and Pikes Peak), and Denver.
