Full black polished and diced calf with slightly raised spine bands, gilt lettering and coat of arms on front co…ver, other decoration in blind, all edges gilt, vermilion endpapers, 270 pages. Some edgewear and rubbing to the covers but no chipping, front joint a bit rubbed but covers well attached, no chips, tears, names or other markings. Some very light occasional foxing, two blanks at the rear toned from an old newspaper clipping. A very clean and handsome copy. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
