Cloth somewhat rubbed; backstrip sunned, and frayed at head; binding slack and hinges starting; earlier owner's name pencilled on title page; foxed throughout, quite severely so in places. There is minor shelf-wear to the extremities of the cover, 8mm to the head of the spine is missing. There is quite extensive damp spotting and sunning to the extremities of the cover, the spine is tanned.
