Hard bound. Etat : Very Good. Etat de la jaquette : Very Good. First Edition. Some of the most spectacular early religious sculpture from Southeast Asia has been attributed to the Hindu-Buddhist kingdom of Srivijaya, yet the exact center and extent of this polity has eluded scholars and archaeologists for decades. It is now believed to have had an extended influence over the present-day territories of southern Thailand, peninsular Malaysia and the Indonesian island of Sumatra, with perhaps its center near Palembang on the latter island. Corners a little bumped, otherwise a very good, bright and clean copy. xiv, 178 pp., 9 colour and 87 b&w plates, 6 maps & plans, bibliographies, glossary, index. Size: 28 x 22 cm.…
