Hier bei soll der Bezug zur Regelung der Massenermittlung des Stahls dargestellt werden, wie bauteilbezogene Abzüge oder die Festlegung, so dass die Abrechnung nach Stahllisten erfolgt. Des Weiteren wird die Bedeutung des Stahls in der heutigen Zeit im Kontext der Finanz- und Wirtschaftskrise dargestellt und so auf die Besonderheiten auch im Bezug zur Stahlpreisentwicklung eingegangen.
