Hardcover. Etat : Fine. First Edition. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" Tall (oblong). One of only 20 copies issued of this complete edition of issues 1 to 33 of Dusterhoff's imaginative tiny poetry zine SPREAD, issued from 2000 to 2003. Spiral-bound in thin binder's board covers, the front cover stenciled by hand in black marker with an or…iginal cut-paper collage. Includes work by Charles Bukowski, Todd Moore, Maged Zaher, Nicole Sarrocco, Harvey Goldner, James B. Moore, David LaTerre, Antler, Ira Parnes, Dan Fante, et al. SPREAD was an innovatine, free tri-fold poetry zine distributed at bookstores and coffee shops in Seattle. It is noted for the unnumbered June, 2001 issue, entirely composed of poems by Charles Bukowski being published for the first time. Included are rear is the editor/publisher's farewell address (which he has boldly signed in blue ink), and a facsimile of his landlord's eviction notice, by way of documenting SPREAD's demise. SPREAD was later revived and continues to appear.

Unknown. Etat : Fine. First Edition. The most astonishing Todd Moore work ever published, this remarkable artist's book was issued as a memorial following the author's death, in an edition limited to only 7 copies. The text, from Moore's celebrated 'Dillinger' epic poem sequence, is hand-typed (on a vintage Royal) on 34 leaves,…housed in a glass display case with six spent 38 calibre cartridges, and a stolen dinner napkin covered in imitation blood-spatters. Also included is an 8-page pamphlet by editor / publisher / book artist Chris Dusterhoff, which includes two brief essays on Todd Moore, and on the making of this book.
