The two folding maps appear unopened. All in fine state. A very pleasing copy.

Boards are very clean, with printed pattern to front and rear, title to the spine. Pageblock is tanned, leading lightly into page edges. Within, leaves are tightly bound, and content is unmarked. CN. Published by Methuen and Co Ltd in 1919, here is the 4th edition hardback printing of William A Dutt's Norfolk (The Little Guides) illustrated by B.C.Boulter. 283 pages, red buckram binding, white borders, gilt lettering, illustrations, 2 very good condition fold-out maps, front end papers illustrated as a county map, the book is in fair (below average) condition with some bubbles to the buckram on the front board and the boards being somewhat curved with some fading to the cloth at the edges and spine. Internally the book is perhaps good, with the name of a previous owner inked to the top of the half title page alongside some light pencil notes which face others on the opposite blank page. The first fold-out map has a very small almost insignificant tear at the top and the 2nd near the rear of the book is very good. All pages are nicely intact and there is occasional browning to some of the page edges. The dark green dust jacket with its distinctive black lettering of the period is a rarity in itself and is fair only with some white staining to the inside and finger marking to the covers, plus some general splitting to the spine and other seams.
