The endpapers show evidence of the removal of the previously pasted-down dust-jacket flaps. Its dust jacket - now in a clear mylar (removable) protective cover - is complete (not price-clipped) but showing considerable wear. This nevertheless quite viable copy remains an excellent reference for American music research, presented in the words of the composers themselves.…
