Based on a map from Adolph Ruth in the 1800s, hundreds of men have ventured into the Superstition Mountains of Arizona in search of the fabulous wealth promised in the mine. The author has spent over 50 years assembling the material for this book beginning in 1895 spurred by Jacob Waltz who forgoed his wealth but never revealed its location. A clean very presentable copy in a Brodart mylar jacket.

The dust jacket is price-clipped, with sun fading along the spine, some minor edgewear, and a few tape mends to the verso; otherwise very good.
