Einband etwas bestoßen sowie leicht berieben und beschabt; kleine Fehlstelle am oberen Kapital, winzige Fehlstelle am unteren Kapital; vorderes Rückengelenk am oberen K…apital und hinteres Rückengelenk am unteren Kapital einige cm angeplatzt - hier auch mit winzigen Fehlstellen im Lederbezug; Vorsätze etwas leimschattig, angestaubt und stockfleckig; zu Beginn wenige Blätter gering wasserfleckig; einige Blätter mit kleiner Knickspur in der oberen Ecke und wenige Blätter auch mit kleiner Knickspur in der unteren Ecke; gering stockfleckig und gebräunt. Eberhard Bronchorst bzw. Everard van Bronkhorst (1554-1627); bedeutender niederländischer Rechtsgelehrter. Der 1. Druck des vorliegenden Werkes erschien 1607 (ohne Wissen bzw. Zustimmung des Verfassers) in Frankfurt, der 1. von ihm autorisierte Druck 1624 in Leiden.
